She was very honest with the homes she had shown and told us both the bad and good side of owning each home. She connected us with an awesome mortgage company who did their absolute best to work with us to get us into our home. We had so many things pop up during our search that it seemed like it would take us forever to get into the home we are now owners of. When it came to negotiations, Cynthia knew what we wanted and made sure she did whatever she could to get it the way we wanted to, she was always fair to the seller also! We had to do some tugging and pulling but going through Cynthia, fair was always fair to both parties. She was always available to answer any questions we had.
